How we handle your information
Short version: we collect as little as we can, analytics only runs if you say yes, and nothing on this site tracks you for advertising.
Who we are
KPW Consult is a UK cyber security, AI and IT consultancy based in Suffolk, with our support desk in Norwich, England. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
When you send an enquiry
The contact form asks for your name, email address and a few details about what you need, plus a phone number, company and location if you choose to give them. We use this only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, and are not shared with anyone else or used for marketing lists.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies by itself.
- Cloudflare, which protects the site, gives us aggregate traffic figures from its own servers. This involves no cookies and does not identify you.
- Google Analytics runs only if you choose "Yes, that's fine" on the cookie banner. It helps us see which pages are useful. IP addresses are anonymised, advertising features are switched off, and your choice is remembered on your device for six months.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. The free checks on the tools pages run in your browser and send the address or postcode you enter only to the service doing the check; we do not store the results.
Security and hosting
The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers and is protected by Cloudflare. Enquiry emails are stored in our business mailbox and deleted once no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
